‘I once got inspiration for my song on a construction site’ – Lucid
Rising singer, Victor Barnabas Nanribetmun better known as Lucid is a singer and songwriter worth paying attention to.

The artiste who hails from Plateau State but was born in Abuja started singing at the age of eleven.
In his words: “I have been singing since I was eleven years old. I used to rap back in primary school. I also rapped and sang in junior secondary school. However, I focused more on singing during my senior secondary years”, he told Naijatimes.
The singer gifted with a voice that can calm frayed nerves noted that music is therapeutic for him.
“Music means everything to me. It’s who I am and I don’t think I can live without music. It’s therapeutic for me.I get to pass messages freely through music. Music is basically who I am”.
Asked if it’s good for artistes to be involved and embroiled in controversies, he said: “I don’t think there’s any need for controversies. You should be real and genuine.You should just do your thing and stay away from whatever passes the wrong message about you, or whatever passes hate and bad energy”.
On the weirdest place he has ever gotten the inspiration for a song, the versatile singer said: “I once got the inspiration for a song on a construction site”.
