Rapper, Ice Cube reveals $9m deal loss for rejecting COVID-19 jab

Popular American rapper and actor, O’Shea Jackson, aka Ice Cube, has acknowledged that his decision to forego the COVID-19 vaccine cost him a significant movie deal.

Together with his Mount Westmore comrades E-40 and Too Short, he made this known on the song Million Dollaz Worth of Game.

He said that he was forced to get vaccinated, which cost him the Sony comedy “Oh Hell No.”

“I turned down a movie because I didn’t want to get the motherfucking jab. I turned down $9 million. Fuck that jab and fuck y’all for trying to make me get it.”

The musician further stated that the entire incident has changed how Hollywood producers perceive him.

The entertainer admitted he had a ton of things planned, despite the lost deal. “They on some shit, but I mean me too.

I’m on some shit too. I got a lot of things up my sleeve.” However, he backtracked on his earlier comment.

“I didn’t turn it down, the motherfuckers didn’t give it to me because I wouldn’t get the shot. I didn’t turn it down, they just didn’t give it to me.”

Ice Cube added that since he has never had COVID-19 and he doesn’t need to worry about it.

“I got lucky,” he said. “Ain’t gonna take no shit I don’t need.”
