Luxury Single Malt Scotch Whiskey the Macallan officially launched The Harmony Rich Cacao into the Nigerian market, via an exclusive preview and wine-tasting event held at the Ox Restaurant Victoria Island, Lagos. The New Harmony Collection is a limited-release series motivated by the brand’s curiosity and its innovative and creative mindset, inspired by the fine expertise of the chocolate-making process and the drive for sustainability.

Speaking at the event, Abayomi Ajao, Edrington’s Customer Marketing Manager, West, and North Africa, reiterated the brand’s commitment to sustainability and innovation, “With the launch of the limited edition of The Macallan Harmony collection Rich Cacao in Nigeria, we are bringing the powerful collaboration between one of our finest whisky makers and exquisite art of artisanal chocolate-making to the country, while demonstrating our sustainability credentials and leading in our innovation journey to provide discerning whisky connoisseurs with more environmentally-friendly choices that can connect them with nature.

Brand Ambassador Sandra Gedeon and guests at the event shared their experiences with the whisky collection, noting that the brand has uncovered a compelling synergy between the whisky and chocolate-making processes.

The high-octane event was one of good music and premium spirits as whisky connoisseurs enjoyed an exclusive and luxury curated experience characterized by the pairing of assorted luxury chocolates with The Harmony expression for the first time in Nigeria.
