American actress, Annie Wersching dies at 45
Popular American actress, Annie Wersching has passed away at age 45. After a battle with cancer, the gifted performer died early on Sunday.
She was well recognized for her role as FBI agent Renee Walker in the television drama “24.”
Wersching was a special soul who enjoyed adventure, according to a statement made by Wersching’s husband, Stephen Full.
Actress, Ever Carradine started a GoFundMe page in Wersching’s honor to help her children and husband carry on living lives that they know would make the late actress happy.
The enduring ABC soap opera “General Hospital” featured Wersching in the role of Amelia Joffe. 2010 saw her in a number of television dramas.
Her breakthrough performance came in 2008 when she took on the role of FBI agent Renee Walker on the popular Fox television series “24,” co-starring with Kiefer Sutherland for the show’s seventh and eighth seasons.
Wersching’s other prominent TV roles include playing Lily Salvatore, a malevolent vampire, in recurring episodes of the CW’s “The Vampire Diaries” and playing Harry Bosch’s (Titus Welliver’s) love interest in the 2014 Amazon Prime series “Bosch.”
