How I fell in love with my wife – Actor, Ibrahim Suleiman

Ibrahim Suleiman, a Nollywood actor and scriptwriter, recalls how he met and fell in love with his wife, Linda Ejiofor Suleiman.

The couple talked about their love life in an interview with Pulse.

Ibrahim Suleiman discussed the initial appeal of his wife and how, following a very troubled relationship with an ex, her entry into his life actually cured him.

The actor explained the circumstances that lead him to fall in love with her when questioned if it was love at first sight for him.

In his words;

The first time I saw her, I was in a serious relationship that I thought would end in marriage because I don order ring that time.

I went to visit my mother and I was walking across the living room while she was watching an episode of ‘Tinsel’. I didn’t really use to watch TV then because I was a gamer.

I saw this beautiful girl on TV, she was talking and the way her lips were moving, I was like ‘ah, she has nice lips’.

I would like to kiss that girl one day. Guess who is kissing the girl every day now, boom!

I fell in love with her lips first, then, I met the rest of her that came with the lips.

She made me believe in relationship again because I was coming from something that was dark and I was at the point in my career that I told myself, ‘you know what, just focus on your career, women are not worth your efforts and energy’.

Just focus on your career, spoil your siblings because that’s all you have left. Then, she showed up and made me see women in a new light.
