Veteran actress, Hilda Dokubu bags appointment with Labour Party
Nollywood actress, Hilda Dokubo, has been chosen by the Labour Party to lead a three-person steering committee in Rivers state.
The appointment was disclosed by Julius Abure, National Chairperson of the LP, in a recent statement.
According to the announcement, the steering committee’s secretaries would be Philip Loveday and Gogo Wellington, respectively.
The committee would function for one month, Abure added.
Following the dissolution of the state party leadership by the LP Chairman due to purported anti-party conduct, the steering committee was appointed.
