Davido steals spotlight at Forbes 30 Under 30 Africa Summit in Botswana
Multi-award-winning Nigerian musician, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, stole the spotlight at the recently held Forbes 30 Under 30 Africa Summit in Gaborone, Botswana.
The 30-year-old musician headlined the event, where he spoke about his journey to success and his philanthropic endeavors.
Davido had earlier graced the cover of Forbes magazine and acknowledged the honor in an Instagram story ahead of the summit.
He also shared photos of his meeting with the president of Botswana, Mokgweetsi Masisi, during a welcome dinner.
“Speaking at the Forbes 30 Under 30 Africa Summit. Thank you, Mr. President, for the welcome dinner,” he wrote.
The Forbes 30 Under 30 Africa Summit is an annual event that brings together young African innovators and entrepreneurs from different sectors to network and exchange ideas.
Davido’s appearance at the summit highlighted his impressive career as a musician and his contributions to philanthropy through his David Adeleke Foundation.
