Why kissing is very important during mating

April 2,2023

Kissing is believed to be a way for two people to connect their souls according to Ancient Greek theories while the less romantically claimed that its part of evolution, deriving from mothers feeding their infants with their mouths.
Scientists, to a large extent, have confirmed that, kissing is one way lovers unknowingly assess a potential mates compatibility. Most people, especially ladies in particular, possess a heightened sense of taste and olfactory detection and the exchange of certain pheromonal and hormonal information in fluids like saliva and sebum, can give key information about the partner during kissing; this simply means, that act of kissing counts a lot when it has to do with sexual attraction.
Couples locking lips regularly is important for keeping the spark alive in a relationship because if you dont kiss, it means youre in a long-term friendship. Kissing enhances sex, it is one of the ingredients for foreplay and a powerful tool for cultivating intimacy in marriage.
It create an emotional bond with your spouse as a result of the hormone oxytocin thats released; this impacts pro-socio behaviours by encouraging bonding and trust (the more oxytocin, the more trusting, relaxed and connected you will feel) which in turn can lead to a relationship that lasts longer and is more satisfying.
Kissing helps to spice up your sexual life and is a form of partner potential litmus test, often used to improve relationships because those who give good kisses are seen as more worthy. Bad kissing on the other hand is usually seen as a deal breaker.
As you know, good kissing can hype arousal leading to sexual activity. The good bonding feelings experienced during a passionate smooch fest, can boost up the quality of a sexual encounter which is an added bonus.
The more you kiss, the greater the excitement; so, kissing during lovemaking will help ramp up the arousal as well.
Kissing is a good place to start in case you are dealing with low sex drive, you may find those feelings of low libido improve with kissing.
Furthermore, an increase in sexual arousal also increases self-esteem because kissing reduces the cortisol (the stress hormone) which in turn boosts confidence.
It lowers blood pressure, alleviates headache pain, improves cholesterol, can even help tone up to 34 facial muscles and burns calories.
To kiss or not to kiss- Lovemaking and kissing are quite natural pairs for most lovers, but if kissing during sex is not for you and your spouse feels like indulging in it, please by all means, go for it as it can be a welcome part of foreplay.
Note that kissing might not be comfortable to do in certain sex positions or in the heat of the moment; so, the decision to kiss during copulation actually depends on your personal preferences.
You may feel it gets in the way or its central to a fulfilling experience, either way, it is just cool as there are no rules when it comes to kissing.
Besides the many perks, a stronger bond with your woman/man both in and out of the bedroom should be one of the vital reasons to keep the kissing coming and flowing.
Kissing during mating is good not just for you but for your union too- Higher orgasm frequency for women during sex, higher sexual frequency for both men and women, higher relationship satisfaction; happy couples kiss more..
So, when exactly was the last time you kissed with your lovebird for a really long time rather than just rushing straight to sex?
