Birthday hits differently for different people, and for popular fashion designer, Olujoye Ayodeji, it is a time for gratitude.

Ayodeji, the Founder and Creative Director of AY Stitches, turned 51 today, December 15, with an outpouring of thanksgiving to the Most High.

This is coming barely one month after he celebrated 20 years in marriage with his heartthrob.

“I feel fulfilled and blessed. I know we are not there yet; we are still advancing. As a brand, I have, for over two decades, contributed passionately to raising the standard of excellence and professionalism in the Nigerian fashion industry while staying ahead of trends.

“I am grateful for all God has been able to do through me. I’ve been able to reach out to many lives and impact many people.”

“It can only get better. Just last month, I celebrated 20 years of marriage. Generally, I am blessed and favoured,” the renowned tailoring boss told Allure.

With a successful clothing line that serves an elite clientele across all walks of life, Ayodeji also boasts of handling industrial wear including uniforms.

Through his training institute established about five years ago, he has also empowered upcoming fashion entrepreneurs in the art and business of fashion.
