Through transformative events like the recent one at LEA Secondary School in Abuja, Ijeoma and her team ignited enthusiasm and awareness about sustainable fashion practices among 17 young girls. Tee-Cycle by Eejiomah educates youth on the detrimental environmental impacts of unsustainable textile practices and empowers them with the skills to repurpose old garments into wearable art. Ijeoma’s collaboration with Give Girls A Chance underscores the importance of education in shaping environmental consciousness, while partnerships with brands like Sisi Calabar amplify their impact and give back to the community. By harnessing the intersection of fashion and art, Ijeoma is sowing the seeds for a greener future and nurturing a generation of eco-conscious individuals poised to drive positive change.
