Emmy Collins, the London, Lagos-based fashion brand, hosted an exclusive showcase at its newly opened showroom in Awolowo Road, Ikoyi.

The event drew an impressive crowd of fashion-forward guests who were treated to a curated display of Emmy Collins’ latest collection, featuring impeccably tailored garments crafted locally in Nigeria using premium fabrics sourced from the UK.

Speaking on the brand’s new location and craftsmanship, the brand’s Founder and Creative Director, Emmy Collins emphasized that quality remains consistent regardless of production location, “the physical location of the showroom or city of production makes zero difference to the quality of the garments.

The garments will retain the same quality even if they were manufactured in the remotest village in Nigeria, because we apply the same level of quality control to pieces manufactured either in London or anywhere in Nigeria”.

The event attracted notable personalities including Dr. Allen Onyema of Air Peace, Princewill Utchay (MD, Prime Chinese), Emmy Collins’ brand ambassador Mr. Ikem Ume-Ezoke, real estate mogul Mr. Ifedi John-Okoye, Mr. Slim of Scarlet Night Club, Mr. Kunle Dina, amongst other dignitaries.

Emmy Collins also revealed plans to debut a full womenswear range in September with a runway show, encouraging fashion enthusiasts to follow the brand’s Instagram page for updates.
