The maiden Lagos Business Owners Seminar 0.1, organised by Dr. Chichi Nwajei, has concluded with remarkable success.
Renowned writer Mike Cerutti Osagie delivered a thought-provoking paper titled “R.E.D.S: How It Can Help You Live a Healthier, Happier Life.”
In his speech, Osagie emphasised the importance of Rest, Exercise, Diet, and Savings (R.E.D.S), adding that though simple, yet, are a powerful guide to improving overall well-being.

Osagie also stressed the significance of adequate sleep, regular physical activity, and a balanced diet in maintaining physical and mental health.
He also emphasised the importance of saving money for financial security and independence, encouraging the audience to develop a savings habit and open multiple bank accounts.

The seminar provided a platform for young business owners to learn from experienced professionals, network with like-minded individuals, and gain valuable insights into entrepreneurship and personal development. Osagie’s speech and new book, which expands on the R.E.D.S framework, offers practical advice for achieving success and living a healthier, happier life.

The Lagos Business Owners Seminar 0.1 demonstrated the power of community and networking in driving business growth and success. Dr. Chichi Nwajei’s efforts in organising the event have created a valuable opportunity for young entrepreneurs to learn and grow.
