Denrele, Amira Ibrahim-Alfa Annouced As African Fashion Week Nigeria 2016 Red Carpet Hosts
As the much anticipated 3rd edition of the Africa Fashion Week Nigeria, sets to begin July 1, organisers have announced TV personality, Derenle Edun and UK- based Amira Ibrahim-Alfa as red carpet hosts for the event. This year’s event which promises to be a week of superb fashion, will culminate with the VIP grand finale show on the 3rd of July at the Eko Hotel and Suites Lagos.
The gala show will feature top designers like; Nigeria’s Ade Bakare (Headline Designer) and Trish O, Ghana’s Safao Designs, Kenya’s Helena Njema, Rwanda’s – House of Tayo, Angola’s – Rose Palhares and Senegal’s Anita Beryl. Others include Sylvia Owori- Uganda, TIR Fashion- Zambia, and Yaws Creations from Liberia.
Host for the night, Denrele is one of the favourite hosts in Nigeria while Amira is just rounding off her masters in the UK. She recently completed her internship with EbonyLife TV in Production.
