tea.
Gently squeeze the jelly from the cut leaves of the aloe vera plant if you want to have the freshest product.
Add honey to the aloe vera tea to serve as sweetener. This is based on individual preference.
Stir the tea with a spoon until the honey blends with the mixture and its ready to drink.
