This new month of September 2016 was ushered in this Thursday morning with a solar eclipse, which has been sighted at different times across the nation.

So, you don’t damage your eyes, trying to catch a glimpse of the eclipse, we bring you some shots from social media, from different cities across Nigeria.

The National Space Research and Development Agency (NSRDA) had issued a statement concerning the Annular Eclipse which will be experienced between the hours of 7:15am and 10:03am on Thursday, September 1 with slight variations in actual timing across the country. They enjoined the public not to panic.
