Ifeoma Williams shot into fame after winning the coveted Miss Lux crown in 1998. When we talk of top image consultants in the country, her name comes top. She was at the just concluded Heineken Lagos Fashion and Design week that held at the Federal Palace, Hotel. The photo depicts her Day One look for the event.
She made a lasting impression with black sleeveless baggy jumpsuits laced up at the back.
Her hair was neatly packed behind. She also had the right make-up on and mild accessories
