Nigerians call out Toke Makinwa over comment on Janet Jackson’s divorce
Media personality and author, Toke Makinwa was called out by Nigerians after she gave her take on the reported separation between singer, Janet Jackson and her billionaire husband.
Although, Toke is unhappy that Janet Jackson would be going through a divorce, she decided to focus on the gains of the divorce in that the US music star would be smiling to the bank. This obviously did not go down well with most Nigerians who think that Toke believes divorce is all about getting paid.
You would recall that Toke went through similar situation as Janet Jackson and was able to turn her own divorce experience to a money making venture.
News surfaced that the pop-star has split from her 42-year-old Wissam Al Man, just months after giving birth to her first child, Eissa, at the age of 50. It is said that Jackson could earn millions in divorce amid claims the split came at a crucial time in their married life.
