Blue Ivy Carter, is Beyonce and Jay Z’s five years old daughter, who will soon have a set of twin siblings.
Remember, when she wore a $9k-plus Mischka Aoki gown to the 2016 MTV VMA Awards, almost outshining her mom? Now, she has done it again.
Ivy, wore a luxurious dress, worth over $9000 to the inaugural Wearable Art Gala at the California African Museum in Los Angeles over the weekend.
