Chidi Simon is an actor, who is passionate about his career. From Uturu in Isiukwuato Local government area of Abia State, this unassuming role interpreter has featured in over 10 movies since he joined the profession two years ago.
He has featured in interesting movies such as Ghetto Wagon, Mgbechi-Onu-Gba, Teaser, Will of the Gods, Chosen One amongst others.
Aside acting, Simon, who also runs a textile business and provides his own costumes on set says he tries as much as possible to give his best in any given role arguing that, that is what makes a good actor.
The young and handsome thespian, who has lots of role models like  Charles Awurum, Ramsey Noah, Ken Eric, John Okafor  (Mr ibu ) RMD, Nora Roberts amongst others, doesn’t have any qualms in marrying an actress as he believes in the saying, “who is man to say no when God says yes, anything is possible?”
On his perception about Nollywood, he told Allure Vanguard; “I believe Nollywood will do better with government support. It will enhance its growth and stability. I mean, it can be more organized and provide more employment than it is right now.
Nollywood is one of the most prominent employer of labour, it has enriched so many with lots of money and fame and has taken so many off the streets. I think it’s high time the government look into it.”
However, Simon is working assiduously. so he can start producing his own movies.
