Amal and George Clooney welcome twins, Ella and Alexander

Celebrity couple, George and Amal Clooney have welcomed their boy-girl twins, named Ella and Alexander.
The babies came yesterday morning and the news was confirmed by a representative for the couple, who said in a statement, “This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives. Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine. George is sedated and should recover in a few days.”
Word that the actor and international human rights lawyer were expecting first broke this past February.
Soon after, George Clooney’s mother, Nina, revealed that the duo were expecting a boy and a girl.
At the time, however, the elder Mrs. Clooney did make it clear that George and Amal would be taking care of the names themselves.
In the meantime, the new mom certainly hasn’t slowed down. Amal gave an important speech at the U.N. this past March on ISIS, in which she called for world leaders not to let the terrorist organization get away with genocide. Amal has also made time for a few date nights with George, while consistently displaying her adroit sense of style.
