Ex-beauty queen, Agbani Darego pictured holidaying in Europe (photos)

Miss World 2001, Agbani Darego Danjuma, who recently got married to her lover, Ishaya Danjuma, is currently holidaying with her husband in Europe.
On Instagram, the beauty queen shared photos from her holiday showing her having a swell time and her comment section was filled with praises and compliments.
Agbani Darego was born in Lagos to a family of eight children. At age two, she relocated to Port Harcourt and was raised in D-line. She attended Bereton Montessori Nursery and Primary School.
At ten, she was sent to a boarding school in a bid to shield her from her mother who had become very ill with breast cancer.
Darego’s mother died two years later, and her daughter has spoken of how the loss became a motivating factor for future success.
Darego aspired to be a model right from when she was a teenager, despite her conservative father’s wishes.
She started her modelling journey when she auditioned for the M-Net Face of Africa modelling competition, but didn’t make it to the final stage.
