‘My hand no dey o’- Chigozie Atuanya warns fans of fake accounts defrauding people

It has become a worrisome trend that celebrities have had to deal with. Fraudsters are opening up fake social media accounts in their names and carrying out nefarious activities with it.
Chigozie Atuanya, a TV star who is endowed with striking good looks and creative ingenuity, is not ready to allow any of these fraudsters tamper with his hard earned honest reputation.
Thus, the Anambra State born actor cum producer, posted a disclaimer photos on his Instagram page, warning his innocent fans not to fall victims of any of the fake account operators.
He wrote: “Please, my people beware of these two fake Facebook accounts. I’m not from Imo State, neither do i live nor base there, biko. They have been scamming and defrauding my innocent fans of their hard earned money in the guise of making them popular. My hand no dey ooo. I have reported to Facebook million times, but they refused to act up. One of them has been toasting girls up and down, asking them to meet ‘him’ in a hotel. They go and end up been robbed off all they have. This is ridiculous! Please, kindly help spread the word. Thank you my people!”
