Rapper, Falz clarifies motive behind ‘This is Nigeria’ video

Nigerian rapper, Falz The Bahd Guy’s parody of Childish Gambino’s ‘This Is America’ as This is Nigeria, shook the internet, with mixed reactions coming from his fans.
In an Instagram video, Falz clarified his motive for his rendition of the song. According to him, he wanted to bring out the social ills of the country beyond entertainment. He added that he wanted to bring to the notice of people the societal issues so that they can talk about them.
He captioned his video on social media:
“Let your voice be heard! I believe in a better tomorrow. let’s decide our future”
