Sonia Ogbonna, the wife to Nollywood actor, Ik Ogbonna, has joined other celebrities to lend her voice to fight depression in the society.
In a piece on social media, she talked about battling depression and how she overcame that phase.
Initially, she was prompted to share her thoughts by a fan who asked her to give an advice on how to deal with depression.
