Yankari National Park, Bauchi State

This park, otherwise known as Yankari Game Reserve, is on an area of more than 2,000 square kilometres where you can watch animals in their natural environment, enjoy its wonderful savannah and simply relax after long months of work. Currently managed by Femi Kuti and Yeni Anikulapo-Kuti the New Afrika Shrine serves as a replacement of the old Afrika Shrine created in 1970 by Fela Kuti before it was burnt down in 1977.
