Actress, Makida Moka is 27 today
Model and actress, Makida Moka Onyekweli is a year older today. She turns 27.
The recently wedded beauty took to her Instagram page early on Monday, posted a picture of herself and captioned it: “Operating from a place of rest this new year because God has been good to me…Birthday Girl.”
Born in Cairo, Egypt to a Nigerian mother and father of Nigerian descent from Jamaica, Makida attended primary and secondary school education in Lagos and then enrolled at the University of Benin. She had aspirations to become a geologist, working for an oil company. Despite not being tall, she fell into modelling, when she won the inaugural “Face of Sleek Nigeria” competition in 2009.
She has since taken part in movies and Tv series including Taste of Love in 2016 and Battleground.
