What your nails says about your health

White nails are often accompanied with darker rims or dark finger tips. When this happens, it could be your body’s way of notifying you of liver troubles like Hepatitis and Jaundice. It could also signal fungal nail infection, heart disease, or anemia.
Yellow nails are usually caused by a fungal infection. The infection could make the nail bed retract, and the nails may thicken and finally crumble. However, this can be treated by applying essential oils, using topical creams, or taking anti-fungal tablets.
Curved nails doesn’t just happen. They build up over time and is often caused by hypoxia, i.e., the lack of oxygen. It could be the body’s way of notifying you of the presence of irritable bowel syndrome, liver disease, cardiovascular issues, etc.
