On Thursday 28th March 2019, Owens & Xley Consults, a boutique business development and improvement company, brought together entrepreneurs from different fields in honour of International Womens’ Month for a Lunch and Learn event themed Build to Last: “Vision, Strategy and Execution.”

The event featured two speakers: Ms Modupe Anjous MD/CEO of Rydal Mews Limited and Marieanne Atim-Managing Partner Owens & Xley Consults. Together they shared on a wide range of topics from crafting a vision statement, formulating strategy and execution of strategy.

According to Mrs. Atim the major challenge when building a business is rarely the vision or strategies but how to successfully execute the strategies.  She also said the goal of the event was to inspire participants to adopt business practices that would enable them build companies that would outlive them.

It was a beautiful event filled with learning, inspiration and fun. Participants were treated to lovely gifts graciously sponsored by Tsavorite Nigeria.
