You are my assurance, Boma Jacobs tells husband, Olusoji, on birthday

Boma, the wife of Olusoji Jacobs, has been singing praises of her husband, Olusoji, as he adds another year today.

Soji is the son of veteran actors, Olu and Joke Jacobs.

The mother of one, who recently was joined by family members to dedicate their daughter, took to her Instagram page on Sunday to state that though her whole life is a miracle, meeting her husband is the icing on the cake.

She recounted their first meeting, which she revealed was at the rehearsal of heartbeat the musical. She added that all she wanted to do was see the amazing play, she never imagined she would meet her heartbeat at a musical.

She wrote: “Someone said whatever you cannot explain, is a miracle. My whole life is a miracle, but you are the icing on the cake. When I prayed to God, I did not ask for a perfect man, I prayed for a friend that will love me unconditionally, just as my father in heaven does.

“Our first meeting was at the rehearsal of heartbeat the musical. All I wanted to do was see the amazing play, I never imagined I would meet my heartbeat at a musical. You are gorgeous my heartbeat and I am yet to exhaust my studies of your being. There are a lot of lessons in your essence, and I am grateful to God for blessing me with a man who not only works for our home but works in our home.

“I will be satisfied even when your affection is not tuxedoed in what society tags as romance because I know your affection for me has no expiration date. You are my assurance, and I would hold on to you like a promise. I will be a student and study your needs. I am not just living for the man who put a beautiful ring on my finger, or a princess in our home, I am honouring the one who’s Grace has brought us this far.

“For what he knows, we don’t and when men fail, Christ won’t. I pray for this same Grace to be your proverbs 31 woman.

“I love you my sugar. Happy Birthday.”
