Bra is an important part of a woman’s dressing. A comfortable bra may equal to a perfect day and an uncomfortable one can ruin your day.

However, getting a perfect bra can be a difficult task. Infact, not many women know their perfect bra size.

But not to worry, these simple tips by TheBraGirl on how to estimate our bra size is said to cut our search time by about 70 per cent.

Check out the tips below

  1. Using a measuring tape, get the measurement of your body right at the base of your bust. That is the base for your back size.
  2. Measure round the fullest part of your body. Round up the under-bust measurement to the nearest even number even if it is odd. This is your most probable band size.
  3. Find the difference between the two and look for the corresponding letter in the chat posted in the video.
