Toke Makinwa’s tips on how to spice up peaceful relationship meets criticism

August 25,2019
Share:

With over 2,000 tweets, media personality, Toke Makinwa is currently trending online for advising women to cause unnecessary drama to spice things up in their peaceful relationships.

She said,

I’m a crazy person, I’m scorpio. If you’ve ever been with a Scorpio chick, you’d know that we’re quite crazy. I’m the kind of chick that will piss my man off just because, ‘why are you happy?’  Just fuck off his day.

Most especially on those days that I know that he cannot afford to be pissed off, maybe he has an important meeting or he’s meeting with important people and he’s about to close up a deal. I’m that bitch that will bring hell that day just because…. It’s just what I do.

So, I piss you off because, we argue for nothing and when I know that you’re in that important meeting, you’re forming vex and you’re getting on with your day trying to forget about me, I’m the bitch that will send you that raunchy picture and I will ask you, ‘what are you pissed off about again?’ That’s my way of saying goodluck honey.

You ladies should try it sometimes. Just cause some drama in your relationship. Life is boring. When everything is peaceful, just fuck it up just because you can. And when he’s thinking this girl is super stressful, I can’t do this anymore, send him that really steamy and hot picture and be like, ‘why are you so mad? Is this what you’re going to be missing?     Always works, she concluded.

This advice to young women has generated a lot of criticisms online, with many pointing out the toxicity of her advice.

Read below the reactions of young women to Toke’s advice.

Did she just say peaceful relationships are boring? Me that I value my peace of mind over anything.
And she enjoys ruining her man's big/important day just so she can send him raunchy pictures and show him what he will be missing??
Wonderfu!

The saddest part of everything is how you people will make this Toke Makinwa gist/video trend. I mean we could all just ignore it and talk about important things, no?

— Forehead for three?✨ (@forehead4three) August 25, 2019

Lol before you take that nonsense advice of Toke Makinwa please remember that she has had her whole body done to make her look sexy enough to take raunchy pictures for her man.

Don’t try that shit with your bod looking a sack of flour sis, Don’t!

Guys after watching Toke Makinwa video, their first date question be like;

Guy: So what's your zodiac sign?

Girl: Oh, I'm a Scorpio

With the high rate of divorce today, think twice before you take Toke Makinwa’s advice to create drama in your relationships for the sake of it. Nothing beats a stable relationship with peace of mind. It’s a lie. Don’t do it.

— Jamila (@JKFagge) August 25, 2019

I am not Antivirus Toke Makinwa.
I’m not going to bring drama into your life.
I want to be the reason why you will come home quickly after work.
I will bring peace and happiness into our life.
You’ll be proud of me anytime, anywhere. God bless my man#LetterToMyFutureHusband ♥️❤️ pic.twitter.com/Or6O0JmDEe

I dunno if Toke Makinwa is chasing clout or why she says these nonsense she says, but all I know is that she needs to stop!

Life is already stressful; and stressing your man because Toke said so will put you in trouble.

It's not that deep abeg.

— Missus (@puffykike) August 25, 2019

If you follow Toke Makinwa's toxic advice to routinely quarrel with your partner, and ruin their day for no reason, thinking 'they will love me regardless, ' you're setting yourself up for a huge disappointment and reality check.

— Isima (@IsimaOdeh) August 24, 2019

You should only take toke makinwa’s advice if wickedness is your forte and you don’t like peace in your relationship because you’re a witch.

— Smallieee✨❤️ (@precious_chee) August 24, 2019

TOKE MAKINWA!

It's Disgustingly Annoying you think Men are just for sex & all about Sex. like WTF!!! You think your bodies & sex is Best after such a described mess up. Ehh!

Some women lack Value & character.?‍♂️?‍♂️

It's not all the time Men's fault as you've shown.

— OLUWANISHOLA BUNMI (@nisholabunmi) August 24, 2019

This is the dumbest advice ever, toke makinwa is just a senseless aunty agbaya.

— Tomi (@Morexy21) August 25, 2019

Toke makinwa said she'll fuck his day up like on a day he has an important meeting to close a deal. Bitch please…… what if he doesn't close the deal because his mood has been fucked up. What would you do then?

— leola.lbd (@leolabydesign_) August 25, 2019

Toke Makinwa really should stick to fashion and leave dating and marriage for grownups. ? she's fine and all but sense is quite faraway from her.?

— ✨President Aisha✨? (@PresidentAisha) August 25, 2019

So, a peaceful and steady easy going relationship is boring or is Toke Makinwa
saying another thing outta this?

Real men don't have much time to kill on irrelevances. Once they're keeping it real with you as a lady, it's better keeping it real as a lady

Drama doesn't help
