Fizzy drinks
They have loads of sugar and they are harmful to your body. So, the faster you stay away from them, the better for you. Rather, go for natural fruit juice. Fruit juices are easy to make and all you need is a fruit blender and they cost lesser than the fizzy drinks.
Another perfect substitute for fizzy drinks is water.
White bread
The perfect substitute for white bread is low wheat bread. They have healthy carbs that have some nutritional value to my body. Do away with the white bread and trying using the wheat bread instead.
Oil
Oil is packed with loads of calories. They said the healthiest oil is Olive oil, which contains healthy fat but it has a lot of calories. Rather than frying, you can grill your foods in the oven. You can cut down the oil by grilling or you stir-fry with a little amount of oil.
Granulated sugar
The perfect substitute for this is honey.
Full cream milk
The perfect substitute for full cream milk is the skimmed milk. They have low fat.
