Chimamanda Adichie in Ejiro Amos Tafiri as she receives Prism of Reason Award

Award winning Nigerian writer, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, as always looked great in Ejiro Amos Tafiri’s piece as she received ‘Prism Of Reason Award’ from the citizens of Kassel, Germany recently.
Adichie, who is one of the many influential people in Nigeria advocating for people to buy made in Nigeria goods never misses an opportunity to showcase the creativity that comes from her beautiful country.
Speaking about the award which she received on her birthday, she stated that she is grateful to have received the award, grateful for turning 42 and her family, friends and fans.
Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is a Nigerian writer whose works range from novels to short stories to nonfiction. Adichie, who was born in the city of Enugu in Nigeria, grew up as the fifth of six children in an Igbo family in the university town of Nsukka in Enugu State.
Adichie is the author of Purple Hibiscus, Half of a Yellow Sun, The Thing Around Your Neck, Americanah and many others. Some of her books like, Half of A Yellow Sun has been adopted into a movie.
