Fluffy scrambled eggs with coconut milk
Almost every home always have scrambled eggs in their menu once in a while. The recipe of scrambled eggs we are sharing today will help add a new flavor to what you have been used to to make breakfast or dinner time great
2 large free range eggs
6 tbsp coconut milk
a knob of butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of grounded black pepper
How to prepare:
In a pan, none stick pan preferably, add the knob of butter or vegetable oil. In a bowl, break the raw eggs and whisk it a bit. Add your pinch of salt, then pour in the already melted butter, add your coconut milk immediately and stair with a spatula. Stir until its lumpy and then sprinkle the grounded black pepper.
Garnish with chopped spring onion stalk and serve.
