An avocado face mask is another therapeutic facial that can beautify your skin and promote better facial health.
Avocados are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and other antioxidants, these fats benefit many functions in your body, including the health of your skin.
Getting enough of these fats is essential to keep skin flexible and moisturized as well as vitamin A, B, K, and E, all of which can help improve the health and wellness of the skin. There are also numerous beneficial minerals and organic compounds in avocado that can be activated by using an avocado face mask. The fruit contains vital minerals such as calcium, iron, copper, potassium, magnesium and other vitamins that provide an extensive range of benefits.

There are many important health benefits that an avocado face mask can provide, including
Moisturizing the skin
Healing acne and inflammation
Reducing the appearance of wrinkles
Exfoliating the skin and decreasing oil on the face.
Avocado facial masks offer advantages such as:

Reversing effects of aging
Can be home made

How to use Avocado Face Mask
Remove seeds and peel skin from the avocado and mash it up and stir thoroughly until a standard paste is produced, then use as mask
Also, avocados can be cut into slices and used as a conventional facial mask. By rubbing the slices onto the face, it helps to remove unsightly blackheads and restore the skin to its natural shine.
According to a beauty consultant Ape Taiwo, many beauty enthusiasts have attributed their improved skin condition to the use of avocado facial masks. However, as individual skin condition can differ drastically, other ingredients such as honey, lemon, oatmeal, olive oil, apricot, banana, yogurt and eggs are used to help further enhance the capabilities of such masks, so that anyone can easily find the suitable facial mask recipe for their unique skin condition
