How to move on from a relationship

It’s really difficult to move on after a relationship is called off. It leaves one extremely hurt, bitter and sad.

However moving on after a break up is important for your emotional health and sanity.

Truth is, you won’t move on from a relationship until you accept certain things.

You invested so much into the relationship and suddenly S/he broke it of and you feel betrayed.

Sometimes letting go and moving on is the best option for you so you will stop being miserable.

Here are few things or steps that will get you started with moving on.

Acceptance : Most people live under the illusion that their ex will come back to them.

They say; “S/he is probably distracted right now, I know his going to come back to me later.”

Stop waiting for that call from him or her saying ‘it’s a mistake, let’s start all over”.

Its probably not going to happen, just accept the fact that it is really over. This will save you from being miserable.

Forgiveness: Your ex hurt you and everyday you keep shading tears and working around with a heavy heart.

You keep waiting for them to come around and apologize to you before you can move on.

You might be on a long thing as they might not come apologizing.

Accept its over and forgive your ex from all the offences. So you can be truly free and happy.

With an open heart, it will be easy to replace everything you lost.

Stop stalking on your Ex: it’s OK to miss what you once shared with a person but don’t keep hurting yourself by stalking them.

No good result comes from stalking an ex, you only get hurt seeing how fast they moved on.

Don’t dwell in the past : You had great memories with your ex and each time you revisit the occasion, places and the pictures you are forced to tears.

While trying to move on, stop living in your past life with your ex.

You can shut it completely by removing those pictures, videos, visiting that favorite restaurant or doing certain things.

Your emotional health is paramount and ought to be taken seriously.

When you follow the steps listed here, you will be free from the chains of our past relationship.
