November 11,2019
Share:

Intentionally planning  to crush  your Mondays is a step towards crushing the rest of the days and having an amazing week.

The numerous number of the activities during the weekend is still memorable and the thought of Mondays is more of a turn off.

I’ve heard so many individual acknowledge the fact that they hate Mondays.

The reason behind the nonchalant attitude is that Mondays brings an end to relaxation and fun.

Just like every other venture, we ought to plan how we want our days to be through out the week.

With this, we are certain that our week will be really amazing and productive.

Planned day

Plan each day overnight:

Proper preparation prevents poor performance.

It’s advisable to take 20-30 minutes at night to draw a plan on how the next day will go.

Even picking  a dress at night is also very effective.

Having this template makes it easier to accomplish so much thereby having a fulfilled day.

Wake up early and don’t skip breakfast :

It is important to be up early, this gives you ample time to start executing your plans for the day.

Break fast

Breakfast is a very important meal, try not  to skip it but always keep it light so as to be fit to carry on for the rest of the day.

Have a to-do list;

A to-do list has all the activities one is expected to carry on during the day.

With a to-do list your consciousness is at alert and tasks held in view and the possibility of getting things done.

Write your list according to how important the task is.

Prioritize your task:

Start executing the most important once first.

The secrete to a successful day is accomplishing desired task.

Usually we may have so much to do, having a schedule  to follow makes it much easier on us and kills procrastination.

Remember to eat the biggest  frog first.

Don’t get distracted by social media :

Social platforms always have contents that keeps one glued. Just a peep at a  notification is all the distraction you need.

Remain focused and if you must enter social media let it be at your leisures.

BE Positive minded :

Having a positive mindset makes every mountain easy and keeps you crushing your task.

Know that your mindset is everything and every of our achievements is inside out.

If you can’t see it coming to past, it never will.

When all the above is implemented judiciously, our days will be crushed and week simply amazing.

How best do you play your day /week to endure all are fruitful, productive and simply amazing.

Share your ideas/thoughts  with us.
