Weight loss ; Cucumber +Grape fruit +water.
Slice both fruit into bits and put in a jar, add water to cover and close it.
When this is done, leave overnight in a refrigerator and consume all day.
Stomach Bloat : Cucumber +Lemon +mint +ginger and water.
Slice all and repeat the process above (soak in water and allow seat overnight)
For a Clearer Skin: Cucumber +Lemon+Mint +water.
Slice, add to water, put in the refrigerator and allow it stay overnight.
