Today is Olori Hadiza Elegushi’s birthday.

Olori Hadiza is the second wife of the Elegushi of Ikateland, His Royal Majesty Oba Saheed Elegushi, Kusenla III, and he has been celebrating her on her special day.

The monarch revealed his innermost feelings for the birthday queen on his Instagram page where he wrote: “On this day My Wife was born, it has only been God all the way, Alhamdulillah.

“Today, I celebrate my wife’s birthday, Olori Hadiza Elegushi.

“Being happy around you is an effortless thing for me; it just comes naturally. I pray that you live long to continue to make me happy, and I in return, will be here to ensure the smile on your face never seizes. May your heart be filled with joy and may our love continue to grow stronger and stronger. I celebrate you today and I will celebrate you always. Happy birthday my My Queen.”

HRM got married to Olori Hadiza in May at a private Nikkai ceremony, in Kano.

She made her first appearance at the Palace at the 10th anniversary and remembrance ceremony of the passage of the king’s dad.

Hadiza is the younger sister to Special Adviser to the Kano State Governor, Salihu Tanko.

Oba Elegushi has been married to his first wife, Olori Sekinat Aramide, for 16 years and they are blessed with three daughters.
