Two ways to ensure your stomach remains flat

Having a flat stomach or Tommy enables you have the best fitting for your clothes.

Sometimes we find ourselves suddenly having our stomach protruding and that gives us so much concern.

This when allow to sit for long time can become a new us and the longer it stays, the harder it gets with bringing it down.

When ever you feel your stomach has grown above the normal, here are two simple things you can do.

This process will work if you are consistent with it.

Do these and see your waistline and stomach remain flat and admirable

1 – Don’t Eating Late At Night : Eating very late at night is mostly not good especially for anyone concerned about their weight.

Generally when the body weight increases, the stomach also increases.

To ensure your stomach remains flat, always eat earlier in the day say from 6- 7pm and always make it light.

Remember it’s always good to keep your dinner as light as you possibly can.

This also helps with your weight loss program and ensure you maintain a reasonable body weight.

2 – Engage in sit ups and abdominal exercises ; 

Achieving any results required consistency.

It works in all scenarios personal, business and health goals.

To ensure you remain in shape with a flat stomach, engage in sit ups or other abdominal exercises.

You must no longer go to the gym to get started with your exercise routine.

Just go to your play store, type in flat tummy exercise, you will see several options to choose from.

Meeting the daily targets ensures you achieve the result you want.

With the two things listed  your goal can be achieved but always remember to be consistent and stay away from things that are not healthy.

Always remember that health is wealth.
