Antoinette Lecky suggests coping mechanism with stay at home advice by govt
Media personality and entrepreneur, Antoinette Lecky, AKA Anto, has itemised out ways to cope with the present stay home advice by the government, as a basic protective measure against being exposed to new coronavirus 19.
In a tweet on Tuesday, she opined that all the information as it is being churned out, especially on social media, can be detrimental to physical and mental health.
She, therefore, called for occasional breaks from anything that can overload the brain by taking to games, gisting and even taking a stroll around the house.
“Take care of yourselves in every way possible. Stay safe out there everyone! –
“All of this media and information overload can be tasking on your physical and mental health.
“Take water breaks, healthy food breaks, games breaks, and gisting breaks. Stroll around the house o, not onto the main roads. Books (I can suggest some).” She wrote.
