The Federal government and certain state government has ordered people to stay at home and Yemi Alade is questioning the government on the economy stimulus PACKAGE for the citizens.

She asked how is it that out leaders only care for themselves, what will go into their pocket and as well as their families.

Yemi emphasized that the government should not make the citizens beg for their rights.

She disclosed her concerns in a resent tweet attacking the budget of N150 billion for 500 legislators and absolutely nothing for the citizens.

Her tweets read;

Mr President @MBuhari AND the Senate what is the economy stimulus PACKAGE for the citizens of this country, as you say all should stay at home?

#COVID19 The Nigerian Government can budget #150 billion Naria for 500 Legislators. But don’t have any package for it citizens sitting at home.

How can our leaders only care about what they can get for theirs pockets and families.

Even if Nigeria is a business venture, what happens to the people who are the engine room of this business? Since 1960?

Finally she added ;

Don’t come only during elections with your sweet NOTHINGS, the Government needs to have a face of reasoning, hope and care.

We should not have to BEG for what is ours. muhammadubuhari profosinbajo
