I will never mislead anyone intentionally – Funke Akindele apologizes for hosting a party

Nigeria actress and content creator Funke Akindele apologizes for hosting a birthday party for her husband admist the coronavirus lockdown.

She said she will not mislead anyone intentionally and she’s sorry if it seems she disobeyed the directive of the government.

In a video she put out on her IG, Funke Akindele apologizes and thanked everyone for their care, calls and concerns.

However she explained why in details how and why the party held in celebration of her husband.

All attendee were already in the estate with them, working on a project before the pandemic and lockdown.

She explained that Naira Marley was meant to be a surprise on her next project but then because the video is out Funke said that Naira Marley has been with them since the lockdown hence the reason he was seen on the video.

No one came from the outside to attend that party.

“We just came together as a family to celebrate my husband”.

Her husband JJC skills turned 43 yesterday 4th April 2020.
