Nollywood actress , Kate Henshaw has urged people to keep their spirit up and not come out worse than they went in.

With the current situation that plagues the world , Kate advises her followers to stay positive.

According to her ,exercise  takes care of keeping her spirit up and then she adds dancing and some old school songs.

Taking to her Instagram she posted a video of herself and said;

#mondaymood . Don’t come out of this situation that plagues the world worse than you went in.

Keep your spirit up…. 

Exercise takes care of this for me…After some 5km run, 200 skips and some jacks along the way, I end it with what I love doing best ,dancing ..

Old skool rocks forever , stay positive my dear.
