Monday Motivation : I’m always attracted to handsome fair gentlemen

It has always been a tradition for me to be attracted to handsome gentlemen.

I look out for him in every occasion and if you are no where handsome, you are absolutely wasting your time.

Those handsome gentlemen who are always dripping are always in my fantasy.

I would think once I had one, we would make a perfect match.

We will become the envy of neighbors, colleagues, friends and even families.

I Made sure to avoid like a plague those dark skinned guys who approach me no matter how tempting their offer is.

So luckily for me, it seems my prince charming found me.

He was all I’ve ever dreamed of and it seemed the maker of the universe has opened my page.

Not long into the relationship, my handsome gentleman turned a bitter, venting and mean soul.

I felt his handsomeness closed up all his cruelness and he always made certain to frustrate every effort I made to see us happy.

After enduring my handsome disguised prince charming I walked away so I don’t lose my sanity.

I watched how my friend who went for the dark skinned not so gentleman having the life I wanted.

I became convinced that sometimes it’s not all about the container but the content within.

Those shinny things or seemly easy ways to achieving success mostly are false.

Most times the best things are hidden in sweats and because we don’t want it hard, we miss out on opportunities that are meant to announce us to the world.

Golds are not discovered in shinny palaces neither do they fall from the sky.

It takes getting dirty to uncover gold, refine it, polish it and then it becomes what everyone would kill to have.

This is simply saying, don’t be ashamed of your hustle, little steps, trying times and all the times it seems you are but wasting time.

One assurance I can give you is that after all the sweat, trials and failures, frustration and sleepless night.

One day you will be glad you endured, most great people always have a story.

You are not wasting away, your story is merely forming and once it takes a shape, your success story will be loud.

Never stop pushing for no matter how bleak and blurry it seem right now, I’m convinced if you persist you will eventually succeed.

Your success lies in your hands, do with it whatever it pleases you.

I’m always rooting for you and hoping you get to the finish line.
