One part of the app is the Waya Paychat Wallet with a scan-to-pay feature designed such that whenever you need to pay a merchant at the mall, bus station or wherever, all the you’ll have to do is scan the merchant’s Waya PayChat QR code and money is moved from the your wallet to the merchants wallet immediately, and just like that transactions between you and merchants are initiated and completed in a matter of seconds.

The other part of the app has the Waya Gram for unlimited socialization, Waya Chat for free call and chats with friends and families, and money transfers directly to phone numbers rather than bank accounts.
