Taking care of the mouth is a practice everyone needs to dedicate time to achieve.

The mouth houses the teeth and tongue, taking care of it is very important as it leaves one with a fresh breath.

Imagine talking to someone and they become very much uncomfortable because of what’s oozing from your mouth.

Some  very important steps or practices to take care of the mouth are as follows;

1. Brush twice daily: Its advisable to brush your teeth after breakfast in the morning and lastly at night.

Remember to brush correctly, you need to use a pea sized toothpaste, brush gently and afterwards, spit out the foam from your mouth.

Do not rinse with water after brushing, that removes the fluoride in the toothpaste.

The fluoride in toothpaste needs time to work in the mouth so not rinsing after brushing allows it do the needful.

Leaving your breath fresher, your teeth whiter and your teeth very healthy.

2. Floss your teeth regularly: This removes the excess debris of food settled in between your teeth.

3. Use a good mouth wash to rinse off your mouth daily.

Doing all the above leaves you with a good breath and boost your confidence.

When your mouth is very healthy,you talk without any awkward feeling of bad breathe.
