MUSIC: Johnny Drille Drops ‘Mystery Girl’
Nigerian musician John Ighodaro better known as Johnny Drille, has come through with ‘Mystery Girl’, his highly anticipated single.
The talented singer took to his Twitter page on Friday to announce the release of the song while calling on his numerous fans to share the new project.
“Mystery Girl is the start of a whole new journey for me and my quest for great music. I’ve waited forever to share this with you. I need you to share this aggressively. Mystery Girl unleashed worldwide,” he wrote.
Directed by TBA, ‘Mystery Girl’ sees Johnny Drille calling on everyone to hail a certain lonely and mysterious girl while asking what to do to enable him to know her history.
“Girl in the dark, do you need some company, all hail mystery girl, what you doing all alone, all hail mystery girl (3times), what do I have to do to know your history girl,” the singer was heard saying in the lyrics of the song.
The single comes after the success recorded from ‘Something Better’, another of his single released in March.
The 30-year-old singer began his musical career in church and was one of the contestants in the sixth season of Project Fame West Africa in 2013.
