Why not trend with the new fashion brand in town?

People are easily bored with repetitions. Trying and doing the same thing over and over again can become a bit lethargic and in fact, no longer interesting.

A new advancement, a touch of different colour and an appealing look and feel may be just the new additions that might spark the frenzy and interest once again.

In fashion, who says you can’t rock beautiful and lovely dresses of all colours? Why must fashion trends be meant to fit just one type of body size? The time is overdue for people to discard unrealistic beauty standards that determine confidence, outlook and fashion sense. It is important that everyone is considered to be fashionable in their own right irrespective of body shape, size, colour and even culture.

Talking of trying new brands, there is a new fashion brand in Lagos called Keonaraphael, a brainchild of three sisters namely; Christabell Ifietekhai, Emike Mba and Evangeline Anthony who have pulled ideas and resources together to influence the fashion industry narrative in Nigeria and beyond.

Have you thought of wearing clothes that celebrate African heritage while uplifting your confidence and elegance in all ramifications?

The Rebirth collection by Keonaraphael redefined what it means to look and feel good in African heritage inspired clothes. The designs are far beyond mere trends, they are simply done to showcase self-expression, confidence, and celebrate the people. It is only better imagined what beautiful fashion and design ideas the three Keonaraphael sisters pull together in their latest collection that is about taking the city by storm.

This latest collection, “The Rebirth,” is a testament to their creative vision. The collection features a range of stylish pieces, from elegant dresses to sophisticated suits, all crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The use of bold colours, intricate patterns, and luxurious fabrics creates a truly breathtaking design collection.

Perhaps, as a Nigerian you always think inferior of fashion sense depicting your heritage and “Africannes,” always prioritizing to look more foreign at the cost of your own culture, the Rebirth collection pieces will make you rethink your stance. You are definitely in for a fashion collection that embraces the beauty of every woman and creating designs that reflect the essence of womanhood in all forms. You truly deserve to feel comfy, superb while empowered by the clothes you wear and to celebrate your uniqueness in pieces that are crafted with care and attention to every detail that not only matters but speaks beauty.

With The Rebirth collection by Keonaraphael, it is not just about the cost or status attached to a design, but the simple feeling of comfortability you get and derive from putting on the designs. You are guaranteed to walk in a design that is perfectly meant for only you, just you alone, showcasing meticulous artistry paying homage to African heritage with a touch of modernity.

The collection in its entirety is not designed in a one-size-fits-all cliché. It is an all-inclusive yet individualistic, and special piece that identifies every woman for whom she is, irrespective of size or background to be radiant, celebrated as a unique and beautiful fashionista. It’s about creating fashion that speaks to identifying your personality, who and what you are, and showcasing your inner attitude of a colourful and hospitable selflessness connected to, and deeply rooted in African culture.

Have you been connecting to The Rebirth collection by Keonaraphael so far? Permit me to also properly celebrate the people behind the brand. The three sisters as mentioned earlier; Christabell, Emike and Evangeline are actually the proverbial folklore referred to in Nigeria’s South West Yoruba language as “aro meta kin da obe nu,” which literally translate to the power of three, locally made cooks resilient in presenting sumptuous meal. Their resilience in ensuring you are superbly comfortable in their designs is unwavering. The trio aren’t just paying lip service to taking the fashion world by storm which is evident in their pieces and designs that continue to celebrate “Nigerianness” with a global appeal.

The Keonaraphael team have a specific goal in mind which is to ensure every woman, no matter her shape or size, feels and looks super amazing in her clothes. The brand doesn’t just design clothes, but creates perfection that is entirely, all about the simple details that will catch your attention. Whether it is the fittings of the buttons and zippers, the side or middle slit, or the length of the skirt and more, the designs are for real women who want to feel confident and beautiful in what they wear.

The designs are more than just beauty. They are about celebrating the womenfolk and ideally, what makes each woman special. The latest Rebirth collection is ideally made for every woman to look and feel comfortable and elegant while showcasing the colourful African heritage.

Specifically, let’s examine the three dresses in the Keonaraphael Rebirth collection. Firstly, the beautiful long dresses in peach and lilac colours with a short free flowery hand and length designs are very suitable for a casual and business outing. The outfit radiates complete excitement with the bright and feminine colours. The neck-line embroidery gives the dress a richer African appeal. The puffy sleeves and length-curves look great for a show-off dance spin in parties. Notwithstanding, this beautiful design could even be better with the following ideas: many arrays of design colours for people to choose from depending on their skin tone and choice; a shorter frontal length than the back to draw more attention; perhaps, the length should also have embroideries like the neckline.

The second dress, a chick blouse and a bit baggy pants is very much ideal for corporate and classy events. The blouse, well tucked-in with a big designer bow tie in front gives a beautiful look and feel fit for today’s business minded and career woman. The nude and gold colours are simply perfect telling an amazing story of African queens. This dress is almost perfect in its entirety but there is the possibility for a trial of different colours for the pants and blouse to exude beautiful contrast. Also, the Keonaraphael brand could think of adding a pocket on the pants as well as a mini jacket top on the blouse to make it even more formal for business events.

The third dress, a patterned-spot long dress is definitely a casual wear for events such as parties, home visitations and more. The dress exudes loads of elegance with eye-popping cleavage reveals. Although quite classy and sassy too, the length looks too long and the buttons from the cleavage area downwards would look and contrast better if it is different from the dominant colours of the dress.

The dress technicalities such as hemming, finishing, sewing lines, fittings and sizes are generally of perfection with The Rebirth collection by Keonaraphael. With these amazing collections rolling out in Nigeria and beyond for women to take charge of their comfort, the Keonaraphael brand is brewing a positive storm in the fashion scene.
