DJ Cuppy threatens to sue Davido’s aide for libel and defamation
Celebrity disc jockey DJ Cuppy has threathened to sue Israel Afeare, an aid to singer Davido, over his comments in the feud between her and musician, Zlatan Ibile.
Afeare had taken to Instagram page to
alleged that the feud was based on breach of contract on the part of DJ Cuppy on January 29.
However, in a post on instagram on Tuesday, Cuppy stated that there has been no breaches of contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato, and that to Afaere’s public inaccurate declaration that she owes an artist money, she is suing him for libel and defamation!
“For the record… There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers… However, as @IsrealDMW publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation!
